Precise 1:43 scale (4.6" long) finely-detailed die-cast metal vehicle was manufactured by Minibri Ltd (brand: Quartzo). It is BRAND NEW! It is long out of production. Detailed exterior, interior, and undercarriage. I bought it many years ago and it is still in the original acrylic display box. The only time the car has been out of the display box is to take the photos for this eBay listing. This model is SCARCE; you'll find plenty of Jeff Burton #99 and #9 cars, but a #8 car in 1:43 scale in the original box is as rare as they come!
